1. Digital Service

OriginDeck provides software access, URL scans, generated reports, monitoring, and related digital service features. Once scans or reports are delivered, purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.

2. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future renewal charges.

Subscription fees for the current billing period are usually not refunded after service access has been provided, except where required by law or approved after review.

3. When We May Offer a Refund

We may review and issue a refund, credit, or remedy for:

  • duplicate charges;
  • verified unauthorized billing;
  • technical failure that prevents delivery and cannot be corrected in a reasonable time;
  • incorrect charges caused by our systems; or
  • refunds required by applicable law.

4. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available for:

  • completed scans or reports that were delivered;
  • results you disagree with after the scan ran correctly;
  • unused scan quota in a subscription period after access has been provided;
  • failure to cancel before renewal; or
  • changes in preference after purchase.

5. How To Request Review

To request a refund review, email support@origindeck.com and include the account email, purchase date, product purchased, receipt reference, and a short explanation.
