By accessing or using OriginDeck, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

OriginDeck is operated by Subcanvas. We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

OriginDeck scans public URLs and reports launch readiness signals such as reachability, metadata, mobile basics, pricing visibility, authentication paths, support paths, and legal page visibility.

OriginDeck is a software tool, not legal advice, security certification, payment processor certification, accessibility certification, or a promise that your product will earn revenue.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the email address you use, activity under your account, and keeping access to your inbox secure.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and may not impersonate another person or business.

You agree not to use OriginDeck to:

• scan private networks, localhost, internal systems, or websites you are not allowed to test;
• interfere with the service, bypass limits, or abuse automation;
• submit URLs that contain credentials, secrets, malware, or unlawful content;
• use reports as a substitute for professional legal, security, or compliance advice; or
• misrepresent an OriginDeck score as a guarantee, certification, or endorsement.

Reports are generated from the URL and signals available at scan time. Websites change, networks fail, and third-party services can behave differently by region, device, account state, or browser context.

You are responsible for reviewing the report, deciding what to fix, and independently verifying your product before launch.

Paid plans, one-time audits, and add-ons may be offered through a merchant of record or payment provider. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options are shown at checkout when paid plans are available.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated at checkout.

OriginDeck, including its software, design, reports, names, and branding, is owned by Subcanvas or its licensors. You may use generated reports for your own internal product launch work.

You retain rights to your websites, app content, URLs, and materials you submit.

OriginDeck is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every issue will be detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subcanvas and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to OriginDeck will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for OriginDeck in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
